"Everything was wonderful I really enjoyed the staff super friendly and courteous ***Very grateful for the shuttle being able to take us to nearby stores ***The only draw back was not having a shuttle to the cruise port (I would have paid extra if necessary) it would have been nice if shuttle service from the hotel to the cruise port was available"

"The elevator is amazing when you see yourself ascending, it’s hard not to feel like a big deal. And why shouldn’t you? Between the well stocked mini market with self checkout, complimentary happy hour, buffet with a chef on the grill, the MOST SPACIOUS room, I can go on! If I needed ANY kind of help, staff was mere moments away with a great attitude to help out. 10000% booking again next year"

"Overall clean. Some dark areas in hallways, a few "Florida bugs," lotttsssss of p*t smoke, no cushioning on pullout but made it work. Needs more wastebasket s. Good location for what we needed. Everyone was nice. Highly rec Tampa Thrift and HotBins, so much fun."
