Staff was good. Chaos all around as flights were cancelled and people tried to get onto the hotel. They had a water problem, turned off the wster from 5am to 10am. Quality Inn Airport - Cruise Port
The room i got had very bad smell - like it was a smokers room. The room was dirty and highly neglected. I complained and the front counter said nothing he can do because all rooms were sold. The sink drain did not work. Not that i needed but they do not provide airport transportation like it said ...

Hilton Clearwater Beach Resort & Spa
Staff was friendly, room was clean except some trash leftover in bathroom under the sink, bed was comfortable, location was great, but it was cold and windy so the amenities (pool, game room, private beach access) were not able to be utilized, no other indoor space for kids to hang out.
