"(We stayed in the East tower.) Everything was pretty good about our stay, except for the outrageous price per night and how uncomfortable the bed was. The bed was super stiff and the pillows were too thick. We either hurt our necks or slept flat on the bed. Also, the valet is far away from the rooms. ..."
