"Check in was a little protracted. I didn’t think I needed a detailed explanation of how to find things on the property using the map. Turns out I did as the map is somewhat confusing. Rooms are lovely, amenities for bath and different types of pillow options were a treat. My room came with “butler service” which is really nothin different than you’d get from any nicer hotel…turn down service etc. I was very disappointed that my room choice didn’t allow for the in room chef and breakfast did not come with my stay."

Every element, from the layout to the amenities, was thoughtfully curated to ensure comfort and relaxation. A special mention to Kadek (apologies if the spelling is not exact), a member of the management team, whose professionalism and gracious presence elevated our experience even further.
