수압이 너무 약해요

공간은 넓고 좋았어요 에어컨도 빵빵하고 주방에도 왠만한건 다 있어서 음식해먹기도 적당했어요 그런데 욕실에 작은 벌레들이 많아서 놀랐어요 그리고 수압이 너무 약해서 머리감기가 힘들었어요 온워드까지 걸어서 이동했고 마트도 가까워서 좋아요

방이 두개에 퀸사이즈 짐대가 3개 있는 4인 가족 여행에 너무 만족스러운 숙소였어요 페어레스마켓이 가까워 장보기도 좋아요^^

Gut erreichbar aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen

Die Appartments sind wohl meist im Erdgeschoss - es sind auch echte Anwohner in den Reihenhäusern (z.B. Kinderfahrräder vor den Eingängen). Wenn im ersten Stock dann rumgerannt oder Stühle gerückt werden ist das schon deutlich zu hören. Die zu den Appartments gehörenden Parkplätze dirket vor der jeweiligen Haustür sind sehr praktisch - wenn nicht von anderen Leuten das ignoriert würde. Bei 2 Besuchen musste ich öfters auf andere Plätze ausweichen - was dann evtl ja ein Domino Effekt nach sich zieht... Die Einrichtung es wohl Standard bzw. wurde zusammen angeschafft (wobei ein Sofa durchgesessen) eine zusätzliche Auflage auf den Matratzen würde gut tun - die Federn sind deutlich spürbar wenn man darauf liegt da die Polsterschicht schon sehr dünn geworden... Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet - wobei eine umfangreiche Inventarliste bereit liegt - für den Fall das was fehlt soll dies berechnet werden - finde ich nicht kundenfreundlich - ich hab keine Lust und Zeit alle Teile in der Küche (Messer, Gabel, Schere, Tasse Teller etc.) zu zählen und abzugleichen- ist mit meine Zeit zu schade und selbst wenn mal ein Teller kaputt ginge oder eine Gabel fehlt - das sollte in dem Mietpreis definitiv drin sein!! Zu erwähnen wären die Hühner und vor allem Hähne, welche 2m hinter den Häusern auf einem Grundstück in Mengen rumlaufen - das Krähen fängt ca. 4 Uhr Nachts an und geht den ganzen Tag... mit Ohrenstöpseln hört man leider seinen eigene Wecker nicht - also keine Option....

An okay experience

Could not contact the person in charge. Although it is self check-in, they left a number for us to contact for queries/emergency/concerns. Our concerns were: -checklist had missing items to which we were told to report but could not reach their phone or chat app provided -wifi was down and not fixed the whole duration of our stay -towels were plenty (a good thing), but did not seem to be cleaned properly Given it was inexpensive, at the least the host should at least still be available especially if they ask the renters to contact them for concerns.

I love this residence. It is so spacious and have useful stuff like adapter, kitchen utensil. 24hr supermarket is just 5-10mins on foot.

We usually have a pleasant stay with this property. However, this stay was not very good the bathroom and floor, etc were all not what we expected. We did contact Kiko to mention our concerns about the cable not working and was informed that this would be resolved but no one acknowledge us as promised. Hopefully, this review is true to its policy and terms because we would like to keep our loyalty as guests atayijg in the future again. Thank you for your time.

전반적으로 만족해요! 그리고 취사가 가능한게 굉장히 큰 메리트에요! 하지만 침대가 삐그덕 거리고 레지던스 주변에 개들이 엄청 돌아다녀서 약간 무서워요.

Far out. Clean,commodious,nearness to stores.But, I was in terrible situation that I was waked up by sudden call in the middle of night, your bad arrangement of booking double, booking my room with another client. Two clinents with one room. What's the problem with your booking system? I thought some burglers barging into my room at night with calling to open the door from outside. Do you immagine how my family felt at that time? Even I thought of calling police. How this kind of happening is possible? I didn't get any apology from your side. I demand to reform your checking in system that might bring forth same problem to come any time without communication ways, particularly weekends.

Needs Some General Maintenance and Cleaning

Six night stay to visit family in Guam. One year ago we had previously stayed st the Alupang Residence, and found it acceptable, clean, and maintained. However, the unit which we stayed in on this visit was very much in need of some care. Cracked roof in bathroom, mold around entire bathtub, baseboard pulled away from wall in several rooms, area around kitchen sink was pretty filthy, and noisy a/c unit in one bedroom. For what it is, I suppose it is an okay, budget-minded accommodation, however, I doubt we would stay here again.

Everytime we stay the accommodations are wonderful! We do not have anything negative to report. The managment takes good care of the individual apartments and we have to report that we prefer to stay with you than the hotels! We will be back again for sure!!!

cheap home close to payless

It was very dirrrrrty. I had to clean the house all around. Even the bed sheets had many hairs on it, the pillow case got mildew. I could not help sleeping, asking of change them. A cockcrow is so noisy and started exactly 3:30 A.M until the morning. I couldn't sleep deeply. The house was the most terrible accommodation I have been.

Looks can be deceiving. The unit is located in an old apartment complex but once inside the unit, it is a huge updated apt with 2 good size bedrooms. The living room is a plus.

굉장히 만족했습니다.

렌트카만 있다면, 최고의 숙소가 아닐까 생각합니다. 집 크기도 넓고, 각종 어메니티가 준비되어 있습니다. 다만 욕실 샤워기 수압이 약한데, 이것이 좀 거슬렸습니다. 전체적으로 대만족입니다.

I wanted to live like the locals and this place did not disappoint. One bedroom apartment. Very little in the way of amenities but that's exactly how I wanted it. Would recommend this place and if my journeys brings me back to Guam then I will stay here again

The door lock was set to our requested pin which made accessing the unit very easy. Unfirtunately, there was a very strong odor of garlic that hit us in the face upon entering which dampened our enthusiam. The unit was clean otherwise. However, the master bedroom had sheets on the bed that had huge holes in it and all the beds were extremely hard. The wifi was reliable as was the TV. It was quiet other than the roosters crowing constantly at night. Strangely, I didn't hear them during the day. The property manager was very responsive when the fuses on the electrical pole blew and we lost power. The power company was out in a reasonable amount of time. We did have some dive shirts stolen off the drying lines on the back porch but i feel that was our fault for being overly trusting. The shower had weak water pressure but it increaaed when i cleaned the hose. We didn't run out of hot water which was good.

Alupang Residence is not a hotel or resort

Alupang Residence was a departure for me from the hotel or resort accommodations I would normally use. It was an apartment with a full kitchen in a working neighborhood and most affordable. There was no front desk or onsite office so checking in was done by phone, a bit unusual for me. It did not have ice cube trays in the freezer or a box of tissues or any counter space in the bath but it was clean and comfortable. It was in a perfect location for my needs so when I return to Guam in a few months I will probably stay there again.
