"The hotel consists of one or two bedroom apartments in central Jakarta. The apartment was serviced daily and the staff very friendly. However there was no cooking utensils at all, just 2 glasses,2 plates, and bowls , and 2 sets of fork and spoons. There is no dishwashing liquid or tea towels. Quite ridiculous seeing as there is a full gas hot plate The towels and sheets were great but a bit of mould in the shower. Fully air conditioned and a balcony too. It just needs a bit of maintenance but...

"The location is very strategic as it is located very close to highway exits (though not in the main road). Staffs are helpful and nice starting from the security upon entering the premises. The room is very recommended for business trips to host small meetings as they provide table with multiple chair to nespresso inroom. "The room, facilities and breakfast were great. Everything you need for an overnight stop, clean, comfortable and the pool was rejuvenating after a flight. The only inconvenience was the airport pickup. Very poor to none on the communication from the hotel prior to arrival. I tried many times to contact them for the shuttle pickup point but got no response, hence it took me a long time & much frustration to find the shuttle. Shuttle back to the airport was very well organised."

A 5-star break at a 5-star venue

"As expected of Hilton, service was very professional and business-like. Staff were friendly and super helpful. The only downside was that my travel buddy and I were assigned rooms on different floors. This would normally not be an issue had we been able to freely roam but with the strict and secure access of room cards being limited to the floor of the assigned room, it required coordination if we wanted to meet and hang out in each other's room."
