"If you'd like to stay next to a highway with a steady stream of big rigs going by from early in the morning until late at night, all using their air brakes to slow down for the roundabout, this is the place for you. Don't think about peace and quiet, there isn't any. This is an ancient building located in the center of traffic. It was a mistake to stay there. We don't recommend it for any reason unless you don't need sleep. Now, the antique nature of the building is "cute" but not practical....

"The rooms had fun themes, clean, and roomy. The bed in the magnolia room was very noisy but nothing to complain about. The breakfast was delicious and fresh. Parking was easy and the area seems safe to walk around. Amanda was attentive and gave amazing suggestions for dinner and local places to visit. Very pleased with our stay."

"Front window on first floor had a broken lock. Manager stuffed an aluminum tension rod in sideways for security? Bathroom light was hanging because the tape used for holding it to the ceiling had lost its stickiness. No outlets by bed tables for phone charging. Filthy conditions overall. Poor parking area. Too many people live there on a weekly basis who stay up drinking all night in the parking lot. Pillows are mini and not even big enough for an adult head. This place is ridiculous. "

"Very unique setup. Modern amenities. Bed was comfortable. No overnight housekeeping, so no coffee the next morning. Also, the corners lacked cleanliness. We had a huge cobweb and carpet corners were dusty. "

"Very nice hotel, nice staff, clean rooms and good breakfast. Just be aware that there is no elevator to the second floor when booking. Will definitely stay there again next time in town. Walking distance to Baugher's Diner where we had great meals with excellent service."
