"Staff were not trained correctly, the towel were off white and smelly. No milk to make coffee, no shower cape, no tissue box in the room when requested, were told they do not provide them. Kept making mistakes on the bill, when food was ordered, it took over an hour to come to our table. Will not recommend this hotel to my families or friends. For a 5 star hotel (being very expensive too) not impressed. Have been to a lot of hotel, but never one like this."
