"Great location, staff, service and location. We enjoyed our stay, I only hope their gym machines were better kept and a functioning TV would be helpful as well. Other than that it was a great stay."

"The pool has been shut down for a long time I was told but they did not inform us of this when we had called before booking through Expedia . Front desk was always sitting in corner in wheelchair . Tub was not clean , beds were horrible to sleep on and the elevator was making awful noises"

"I will never stay here again. We arrived AFTER CHECK IN and was told our room wasn’t ready.. ok no biggy I guess. TWO HOURS LATER, was told they found us a room and said some boxers came in and wanted rooms and basically gave mine away! ALLLL NIGHT and when I mean ALL night I mean it, it sounded like a wrestling match all around us! I called and went down there and kept being told “I’ll talk to them”… I almost did my self! Finally got to sleep after 1am! Woke up at 7 to get breakfast at 730...

"The room was spacious and comfortable. There was a full refrigerator, a microwave sink and even a dishwasher. A separate space with a sofa and tv. The beds were very comfortable."

"Room 422 there was a rumbling sound coming through the wall. It actually vibrated the bed because the head board is directly attached to the wall. Most likely the from the giant washers and dryers that they use as the laundry room was directly below ours on the first floor."

"They cancelled my reservation because I wasn’t there at 3pm!!!!!!!!! Unreal!!! No joke said we were suppose to be there on the dot when you CAN get your room! Left us stranded as we have an EV and planned our trip to charge there upon arrival. Front desk lady was HORRID and hateful."

"Everything was great except there are 2 hotels with the same name except North or South. Be careful when you put in your GPS to enter the one you are booked into. We ended up at the wrong one at midnight and had a hard time finding the correct one."

"Parking and finding the lobby was confusing we expected bigger signs. I tried checking in 3 times each time my room wasn’t ready we finally got a room around 5:30-6pm. One staff member was great the other seemed overwhelmed/stressed and made us feel not welcome/ annoyed with us the way we were talked to just because i booked a wheelchair room through a 3rd party so she couldn’t change my booking but i didn’t want to change i booked that room because i had a family member in a wheelchair. "Air wasn’t working in first room. The night front desk worker was great and moved us. Then the next room we seen a few big black ants but was late and just needed to go to sleep."

I chose this hotel specifically because they typically have a gluten free option for breakfast and was very disappointed to find at this location they had zero options besides an apple or banana. So I had to sit and watch my family eat instead .
