On returning to to hotel at around 21:00 in the evening and entering the room for the first time to see properly, my family and I were immediately swarmed by insects in the corridor that were on the walls and room door, so after entering the room at haste to avoid any critters to follow, we were in the room which was very dated and in need of an overhaul. "The room was clean and the balcony to the back overlooking a stream and greenery was beautiful. I just thought it was a tad overpriced at £91 without breakfast or dinner included. That said - it's not too far from the town centre (5 - 10 minute walk), nor the train station (15 min walk or so). The free parking is useful; however, it's one of those horrible put-your-number-plate in. "Motel about 5 miles north of Salisbury. Room very spacious and cool in a very hot week, on-site restaurant, lots of parking. Staff always friendly and helpful Breakfast buffet a bit disorganised and quality variable Not many amenities nearby"

"Parking was only ok because we arrived late in the day on a Saturday and were able to park on the street outside for free. Any other day and I think you’d have to pay to park on the high street. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. Only stayed one night so no complaints. Pinos across the road was excellent for dinner. "

"Stayed for one night, which happened to be the hottest night of the year. Not the hotels fault, but the window in the room would not open. Hotel did supply fans but made little difference. Major issue was after a night in a 30 degree room there was no water for a shower, or the toilet. Spoke to manager who was stressed but apologetic who said the mains were off due to an issue which he hoped would be fixed at some point…. "The food was excellent - both breakfast and evening meal. Full fresh cooked breakfast included in the cost of the room. Proper Americano coffee served at no extra cost with breakfast! I had a glass of champagne with the evening meal and it was chilled, bubbly and perfect. "
