"I didn't expect much as i only paid $13 CAD for the room. The was basic and old but overall i was happy with the value for the price paid. The room, sheets and towels were basic and clean and the service was excellent."

"Booked a water villa for the New Year celebration and had a wonderful stay. The villa was cozy yet felt very luxurious, with a beautiful private pool that I used throughout the day. Because of that, I often needed extra towels and floor towels, and housekeeping was excellent. They were very responsive and always provided everything I needed. The room was comfortable and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Overall, a relaxing and memorable experience."

"No baggy service for individual/private owner. Guests have to carry own luggage and walk for about 250m from parking lot to accommodation. It was very inconvenient and unexpected for a family with special kid. Upon checking out, guest has to show photos of room, bathroom, toilet, swimming pool, remote controls and keys on door before deposit was refunded. No to poor physical guest service. "
