"This was my second, outstanding stay at the Grand. I stayed for 10 nights this trip. I was treated like royalty. Ivy at Reception gave me an upgraded room and floor — resulting in a panoramic 29th floor view. Dannah was my housekeeper and was very attentive, conscientious, and accommodating. Darius the doorman was unfailingly welcoming. I have received the best hospitality here! TEN stars! I’ll be returning again in a couple weeks and can’t wait."

"I was just there 1 night, but hotel excellent, bedroom very clean, comfortable and modern. Swimming looked great but didn’t get chance to use. Options of eating in restaurant or bar snack. I had bar snack which was extremely good. Bar service extremely good. The only criticism I would have is on arrival to check in - the queue was very sizeable and it took around 30 minutes to check in. Not ideal after a 17 hr flight "

"Definitely recommend this hotel. Staff members are all very helpful and nice. Included buffet breakfast can do a little better but it’s good enough being included in the booking. Room is quite comfortable. Very close to the international airport making it convenient. This area looks very new. High end shopping is great if that is your style. Considering the price I paid for through Hotels.com, will definitely stay here again."
