"The most of the bath towels had hair in it."

"Our two bedroom suite was nice. The only issue was the room with the double door, one of the doors was stuck but luckily staff was able to help us and get at least one door opened for us. Breakfast was solid. Can’t go wrong with waffles. Also pool and jacuzzi was nice. Also location to freeway and to plenty of restaurants to choose from. Highly recommend this hotel."

"The person who was staying above room 214 was making a bunch of noise and sounded like they were running around the room - It was 2am! Made a complaint and asked if we could get a refund for the night or any other accommodations, but all the was offered was a breakfast voucher and a check out extension is 1pm. This was frustrating and handled poorly in my opinion."

"The ladies at the front desk were excellent, very accommodating, very nice and genuine. The beds are super soft and not very comfortable. The pillows are not down and the couches were kind of cruddy looking other than that. The facility was very clean and in a nice area, they just need some updating on the furniture."

"Book threw a 3rd party and needed a handy cap room. So when we got there the staff and manager was so understanding. All the employees were awesome. Only thing is by that he spa at night two many roaches the big one from out side. And the spa should have been cleaned early next morning: other than that I loved it and didn’t even mind our spider friends who visited our bathrooms and early morning. I old I stay there and recommend it to friends. With out a doubt. It was awesome."

"They overbooked and didn’t have the suite my reservation was for available, so I had to wait for another 45 minutes until my downgraded room was. Then the TV in my room didn’t work, so I had to ask the front desk to send someone to fix it. The room itself was clean, but it ended up being pretty loud for most of the night because of a High School reunion going on downstairs. Not my favorite hotel stay."

"As a family we walked in and the office is super tiny for a large property, very awkward. We reserved the kitchenette double queen room, called and confirmed it came with stocked pots/pans/dishes along with the hotplate shown in the room pictures. It does not, only has a tiny sink area with cupboard smaller than a trailer. Newly renovated (thick paint over old paint), new mattresses as old ones piled over near dumpster on side. Under the bed we had large cockroach run by and we smashed it and...

"- feeling unsafe due to people living in cars in parking lot - drugs openly on premises - wouldn't stay again - room wasn't ready on time as specified as chdck in time was at 3pm, wasn't ready at 4pm when arrived"

"There is no breakfast it is bars and coffee Walls are thin and noisy Did not sleep well at all"

"Floors, elevator, hallways were all so dirty. Luckily the room was ok, except our window shade was off track and I had to fix it in the middle of the night (it fell off its hinge). Staff were nice enough, but I can’t stress how dirty the floors and walls were."

"Room was partially cleaned, all items were not available that should have been. Kitchen wasn't fully equipped with utensils, dirty linen still on pull out sofa,, no fresh towels left in room had to call housekeeping."
