"What can I say, the moment I walked into the hotel I was treated like royalty. The service is amazing, immaculately presented foyer and the breakfast was excellent. I was in a premium club room (highly recommend). Free cocktail and wine with canapés every night and the room was enormous. Private check in and checkout on Level 14. This is THE best hotel in HCMC. My only regret is that I didn’t stay longer, but I will be back! "

"There was a slight problem with the wifi in our room but the General Manager Mr Trish Dang Khoa quickly gave us another room. He took excellent care of us during our whole stay and made sure our transportation to Dalat was as easy as possible. The complementary afternoon high tea was wonderful! The only negative comments would be that coffee in the morning wasn’t to our taste nor hot enough, and that the fact that the hotel offers access to the relatively small swimming pool to non-guests. Backpackers from nearby hostels take advantage of this, the price includes towels and a free drink, and it gets a bit crowded and loud for hotel guests."

"Staff amazing. Lovely hotel, pool and restaurants. Had club room, treated like royalty in the club lounge. Lovely afternoon tea and dinner/drinks. Would stay here again, but not in the tower as when we returned to the hotel for second stay they put us in the new renovated area but there is too much light pollution coming into the room as no black out blind/curtains covering part of the room. "
