"I have been dreading writing this review all day because I wanted to love this resort; however, this was basically a dump. It’s a fantastic lobby area but the hotel is basically a mid 1980s apartment complex. Everything from the tiles to the faucets to the bathroom to the exterior of all the buildings screams 1985. "Our trip was a turn and burn and we were looking forward to staying within the hotel for supper and a relaxing drink, which didn't happen because contrary to the hours they provided in their email, the restaurant was closed, evidently because, according to the front desk clerk, Boerne shuts down on Mondays and Tuesdays. "The rooms were beautiful comfy. The staff was very attentive and easy communication trough text. The pool and hot tub were beautiful. The outdoor fireplace looked amazing. "
