This beautiful retreat is secluded, peaceful, and truly feels like a place to disconnect from the outside world and reconnect with yourself. The food is amazing, the people are wonderful, and there are so many opportunities to nourish both body and soul. They offer a variety of yoga classes, sound healing, hikes, and advanced treatments and therapies. Because this is a very small resort, it has a wonderfully intimate, family like atmosphere. The staff is absolutely incredible, warm, caring, and genuinely attentive. Shout out to Edmond & Lisbeth for the warm reception and deep conversations, to Carlos that made sure everyone is training their most important muscle: your smile 😊 and to all the wonderful staff members serving the nourishing meals to name a few: Andres, Juan, Karina, Pablo!!
