"We booked this hotel room over one month in advance because we were trying to travel at an affordable rate with five people. We booked a suite.
When we arrived after a long drive, we were told they were sold out. When I said that I had already booked a room, the receptionist said they were sold out. She said they couldn't find our reservation even though it had been confirmed. There were a lot of families in similar predicaments in the lobby. Since we couldn't find a hotel locally that could fit our family we ended up just driving through the night to our next destination. Super disappointing since I have been booking through Hotels.com for over 10 years and this is the first time I've had a hotel do this to us. "

"When i booked it online the pictures they had posted was photoshoped. The rooms was nothing like the photos, my room had black hair in bathroom floor upon arrival, no smoke detector in the room and the bathtub had mold around the caulking, inside bottom of tub was black, for the price they charge i was expecting at least for it to be clean. Even after they came in the next day to give us fresh towels, and take out trash the bathroom floor was NOT SWEEP, the long black hairs was still there."
