"Katia, the host, was wonderful, very welcoming and helpful. Everything was great, very clean, modern room in an old Italian building, location is in a great area of Taranto. I definitely recommend this place."

"When we arrived we were shown a room about 20 sq m. We had reserved an apartment room 55 sq m, with full kitchen. After showing them my reservation I was told the room wasn't available because they were under reservation. The whole front of the building is scaffolded and looks like it has been like this fir awhile. We had to find another place in the evening as we had food that would spoil. My advise.DO NOT STAY HERE. "Francesco and Melissa were great hosts in this stunning house. They gave us loads of information on where to go during the days and where to eat in the evenings (excellent restaurant every time). The breakfast was nice and beautifully prepared, like everything else they did (attention to detail was perfect). The room was unbelievable for the price, a huge bedroom, a bathroom bigger than my living room and a massive outside area on the roof with an outdoor shower, which we loved."

"Great place to stay, especially for couples. The room is very pretty and well made. It's a one minute away from the pedestrian zone so it's very walk friendly! Located about 20 minutes from the old city. Close to a few good supermarkets too as an added bonus."

"To be fair, I am reviewing the Akropolis Hotel because that’s where I stayed. When I got to San Andrea Degli Armeni, there was no one there, but a sign there had a phone number to call. The person said to come to the Akropolis Hotel which was just a short walk. Apparently they are sister hotels and my reservation was switched but because I booked on hotels.com they staff couldn’t reach me. No big deal, as it was close by. Once I arrived, everything was great. There were a couple minor issues...

"There are a couple of areas where this property falls short.
Firstly it advertises parking but there is no parking, you are taking your chances on a very busy downtown street. You get charged another 10 euro a day if you dare to use the air conditioning and it must be in cash. Half a small pottle of yogurt each for breakfast is a touch inadequate. However the rooms are clean, tiny but clean.

"Hotel Monte Sarago was excellent. Paola and the other ladies at the front desk were extremely helpful. For everything from directions to planning day trips, to transfers, they did an exceptional job. The restaurant staff were also great. We enjoyed a few dinners at the rooftop restaurant and the daily breakfasts were fantastic. Would highly recommend."
"Wow! This resort is incredible !!! They were amazing to the kids and the villa was so clean and comfortable. Our nonna was amazing and made the most beautiful breakfast!! Perfection in every way ."
"Very nice location, own few parking spots on the street, otherwise easy to find paid parking around (blue lines), very warm and friendly staff, spacious room with small balcony and super views of sunrise from the bed, large screen tv with samsung plus, great breakfast… definitely recommended."
"A beautiful resort with a breakfast room with a breathtaking 360 view overlooking the Adriatic and mountains behind us. Elegant accommodations and wonderful staff!"
"We enjoyed both pools. We liked it was isolated, it was a 10-15 minute walk to the little town to the south. The breakfast buffet was decent but didn’t change offerings much. We stayed three nights and would go back."
"Park Hotel San Michele is situated in Martina Franca, a short walk from the town's lovely historic center and many restarants and coffe shops.
Though it is situated in the center, the hotel and garden offer a quiet respit fron this bustling town. Enjoying the pool, garden and loby was wonderful. The included breakfast was very nice, served in a beautiful hall or on the lovely terrace. Staff was helpful and welcoming. Rooms were recently renovated, immaculately clean."
