"The staff were lovely and tried very hard but there weren't nearly enough to cover the workload. We weren't in a hurry but at dinner it took 2 and a half hours to get 2 courses and there weren't a lot of diners. "Hotel is in a fabulous location for visiting Loch Lomond and the Trossachs. Our stay was a slightly mixed experience - mostly very good. The front desk staff were excellent and super helpful.
