Porém, ao chegarmos, a recepcionista que nos recebeu cobrou novamente o valor da reserva. Avisei que já estava pago, no entanto, a recepcionista agiu com muita prepotência dizendo que tinha certeza que não estava e que eu deveria provar que estava.
