"La chambre standard se trouve sous les toits avec une seule fenêtre plein sud et un malheureux ventilateur de 20cm de diamètre: résultat une température intérieure de 33.1degrés à minuit. Nous avons été obligés de quitter les lieux et trouver un autre hébergement.
Ce problème n'est forcément pas nouveau, mais les gestionnaires de l'établissement n'ont fait aucun aménagement ou supprimer cette chambre( et celles équivalentes:3) en période estivale."

"Belle vue sur la place de ma chambre. La chambre et la cuisine sont sur 2 étages donc prévoir qu’il y a des escaliers et notre appartement était aussi aux deuxième étage. Donc aux personnes âgées , beaucoup d’escalier pour les bagages et les aller-retour."

"Positives -
The balcony is genuinely useful for drying clothes and towels. On-site parking is a major plus in Hossegor as street parking is a nightmare, though spaces fill quickly. The location itself is excellent and easily walkable to both the lake and town centre.
Negatives -
Check-in & Access: The door code didn't work. We had to trek back to reception, which is in a different building on a different street—information you only discover after arrival. They issued a replacement...

"Accommodation was basic and functional. Well equipped apartment with everything we needed. Nice little balcony area. Overall property well maintained. If I have a small recommendation it would be to modernise the furnishings inside the apartment."

"We couldn’t get to our room earlier than 5pm even though we came after 3pm.
I requested a room on highest floor with best ocean view and got ground floor facing bushes with no A/C - they said rules changed with no notice & I had to pay extra for view!
The spa opens from 10am- 8pm, so we had almost no time to use it 1st day, and couldn’t use it the next day! The spa needs a lot of work: peeling paint, stains everywhere, missing tiles!
Front desk personnel aren’t the friendliest. I asked to...
