" Breakfast was not that hot, music from the outside was very loud starting from 8 am to 8 pm, people in the hotel slamming their doors at night, loud voices down the hall, no respect for others. "

"I had an amazing stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Fort Lee. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. The check-in process was smooth, and of course, the signature warm cookie was a great touch! My room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was perfect for a good night’s rest, and everything was well-maintained. I also appreciated how quiet the hotel was—it made it easy to relax and unwind. The location is excellent, with convenient access to nearby restaurants, shopping, and quick travel into New York City. Parking was easy, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt safe and inviting. What really stood out was the customer service—everyone I encountered went above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!"

"This is a five star hotel in the Bronx. If you are driving, there a limited number of free gated guest parking on a first come first serve basis, which was a pleasant surprise to me since I was already prepared to pay for parking in a 3rd party garage. I loved this place."
