The hotel is perfectly livable but could use a refresh. Flooring, furniture, bathrooms all look like they've been around the block a few times. Our room also had that distinct smell of smoking once having been allowed.
But here's where we got screwed. Checked into our Premium room, with a clearly pregnant wife and a 5 year-old. It was a Saturday. Around midnight music started being audible, and from 1am the level of noise woke us all up. This was coming from a nightclub situated in the same building.
Went downstairs and told I couldn't sleep. "Is it because of the music?" was the reply. WHO ACCOMMODATES A FAMILY TO SLEEP ON TOP OF A NIGHTCLUB, KNOWINGLY? We got a new room which was smaller. In the morning I was charged for the Premium one we couldn't sleep in. I complained and left my email address, heard nothing back.
Go at your own risk.
