"The hotel seemed runned down, had a weird smell and didn't feel like a boutique hotel at all. No staff present and everything was done via text- easy enough but felt like there was no customer service at home. Laundry on site was a pro."

"Für unseren Kurztrip war das Zimmer für fünf Personen völlig ausreichend, für einen längeren Aufenthalt wäre es vermutlich etwas klein gewesen. Der Pool ist eine schöne Ergänzung, auch wenn das Wasser für unseren Geschmack etwas kühl war. Das Frühstück könnte aus unserer Sicht noch verbessert werden – sowohl bei der Auswahl als auch bei den Sitzmöglichkeiten. "A big missing amenity is no laundry on site , for dry your clothes after swimming in the ocean no designated area like balcony or patio and no drier, I wish it was even with cost , that’s very convenient. The bathroom in the room that I got was so small and when someone is getting a shower nobody can use the restroom and for the room 2 queen beds it is not comfortable. No safe box and no closet in the room ."

"Room was not ready at 4:30. They said they would call when it was ready, they did not. I overheard other guests being offered a key so they could visit the pool while they waited for their room. They had told me I wouldn’t get the key until the room was ready."

"We got what we expected and more. Amir at reception was very friendly and helpful in providing restaurant recommendations for our family which we really appreciate. Nothing beats genuine face to face customer service. They have text assistance as well. The hotel's location is great. Walking distance to the pier and shops. Complimentary Kcups in the room were a nice gesture but we opted to walk a block down to Scorpion Bay Coffee shop. As expected the property is a bit on the outdated/worn side...
