"Nice Hotel and very comfortable room. Nothing much surround the hotel , but lucky the hotel provide shuttle bus to the ski resort and premium outlet so it helps us to go around and enjoy the city attraction. keep up and will definitely come back for our next Karuizawa trip.. cheers :) "

"Pros: • The villa is very clean and spacious. The view from the windows is beautiful — you can even see the snowy mountains. • The staff is kind and helpful. Cons: • A smartphone is provided for communication with the staff, but we didn’t receive a response when we sent a question at night. • The latest check-in time is 10:00 PM, which is not very traveler-friendly. That said, the staff did agree to wait for us when we called to ask about checking in at 10:30 PM."

"今回、家族3世代でコテージFを利用しました。建物は古いですが、4部屋全てにトイレ、バスルームが付いていて独立性もあり、とても快適でした。緑が綺麗で夜は満天の星を堪能。アクティビティには料金が掛かりますが、楽しく過ごせました。 少しバスルームの下水の匂いが気になるかもしれませんが、コテージという形式上、我慢ができる程度だと思いました。 また利用したいと思います。 唯一、忘れ物が出て来なくて残念でした。分かりにくい小さな物でしたので仕方ないですが、注意深くお掃除をしていただければ出てきたかなあと少し残念です。"
