総論

部屋にペットボトルの水でも置いておいてもらえると良かった。 部屋の窓は開けられるようになっていていいですが、網戸が窓の内側にあり、窓を開けてる間に網戸に虫が溜まっていく。窓を閉める時に網戸を少し開ける必要があり、その際に溜まった虫が部屋に入るのを気をつけながらささっと行う必要があった。自分はそこまで気にならなかったが虫が苦手な人もいたので悩ましかった。網戸にしておくと涼しい風が入ってきて心地よく、エアコンは不要とされているのはその通りだった。 食事は美味しく、スタッフさんの対応も良かった。

とにかく食事が美味しい。和食もフレンチも良質な料理が適度な量で提供され、シニアでもちょうど良いです。お部屋は清潔ですが、ソファなどがだいぶ古びています。しかし、それをリニューアルして料金が上がってしまうなら、今のままで十分です。また利用したいです。

3世代、ふた家族で利用しました。 部屋からは女神湖、蓼科山を眺めることができました。 フロントから部屋までの移動は少しわかりにくい作りでしたが、外の風景や壁の絵画を眺めたらとその時間がちょうどよくコミュニケーションのタイミングとなり旅の思い出が追加されました。 お食事は夕食は和食で、どれも美味しく食材も器も彩りよく綺麗な盛り付けで満足いく量でした。 地元の地酒や、フルーツジュースも豊富で楽しい時間となりました。 朝食のブッフェも程よい味付けで、食が進みました。蕎麦が美味しく家族はおかわりをしました。 小さいスペースですが、売店の揃えも十分でお土産もたくさん求めました。 お風呂も良いお湯でしたが混んでいる時期で、大浴場のゴミ箱などが溢れそうになっていたのが気になりました。 全体通して、満足いくサービスを受けられるホテルで充実した滞在期間宿でした。

★コストパフォーマンスの良い落ち着いたホテル

夫婦２人での滞在です。ここは蓼科に来るときはよく利用させて頂くホテルです。リーズナブルで気取らない雰囲気が気に入っています。 　部屋は、もともと企業の保養所？コンドミニアム？だったのでしょうか、それともホテルとの複合施設だったのでしょうか、普通のホテルの部屋もあれば、ミニキッチンがついた様な部屋もあります。 　部屋は年相応で特筆するようなことはありませんが、必要十分でよいかと思います。 　朝食はバフェスタイルで毎日ほぼ同じラインナップですが、どれもなかなかおいしいと思います。またロビーにあるご当地物の売店も小さいながら色々と種類豊富で、毎回結構重宝しています。 　フロントの方たちも親切、丁寧な方が多い印象です。 　あと温泉は内湯とヒノキの浴槽の露天風呂があり、香りもよく、目の前は女神湖という景色で気に入っています。宿泊すると必ず朝晩二回は入りにいってしまいます。 　総じてコストパフォーマンスの良い、満足度の高いホテルかと思います。
