"The best thing about this stay was the location and restuarant recommendation given to me by member of staff. There is no heating in the room, either doesn't work or they purposely shut it off to save on gas costs, they gave me a portable heater which eventually didn't work either. The shower drainage seemed blocked and I was standing in my own dirty water and at night sounded like a rat was moving around in the shower base or toilet plumbing. Bed looked and felt like something you would get...

"The information about the hotel said onsite parking options include a garage. This was NOT true. We had to park 200+ meters away in a public garage and pay to park. Very expensive garage! Handheld shower head was broken."

"Great location. Next to the slopes and the big hotel with the thermal baths / water park. Great breakfast. Would love to have dinner in the hotel but it closes at 6pm"

"Camera Pulita, anche se non hanno rifatto la stanza la mattina. Colazione buona. Posizione ottima per i trekking verso i monti Tatra. Peccato per la mancanza di insonorizzazione delle camere, si sentiva tutti rumori dal corridoio e lo sbattere delle porte delle altre camere. Ottima la possibilità di usufruire del centro Termale a Zakopane senza sovrapprezzo."
