"Charming property with delightful rooms. Victorian decor and old world charm. Staff was friendly. No elevator but stairs to second floor were manageable. Beautiful view from 3 sides in the Garden room. Location was convenient to walk to the falls. Bright dining room. Had an excellent dinner and continental breakfast. "I've stayed here a number of times and things were as I remembered. When looking to extend my stay, I found $450 to be over the top so went to another hotel."

"A great place to stay with a lively small bar in the lobby. Livell but not disturbing to the guest. Matter of fact I didn’t hear anything coming from cool jazz night musician playing. They end early. I would absolutely stay here as opposed to a large chain hotel. Great plants in the sunroom!"

"I will be staying here when I return to the area. From the staff to the room to the grounds it is evident that the family runs this place with pride. I meet a few of the family members and they were friendly, helpful and a great to talk to. There are 2 historic homes beside each other in a quiet neighborhood. The grounds behind the homes are well maintained with birds and deer in the mornings."
