"I paid for recently renovated high floor room. The hotel assigned me with a low floor room with bad smell. I requested a room change and got a room not high floor. Please refund me with money."

"Very friendly staff. Clean rooms. Wasn’t a fan of the Bistro. Purchased a Buffalo chicken sandwich, didn’t taste Buffalo, to much blue cheese, and the chicken patty tasted not fully Cooked. I also waited 2 hours to get food, cook was running an hour late and the oven wasn’t working, only the fryer. Great stay but don’t purchase the food."
