"The best thing about this hotel is the staff. They are so friendly and helpful. The food and drink is excellent and not overly expensive. Try to get a front side room as the view in the morning is so relaxing to look over the marina. The location is perfect for all the local restaurants."

"The Hotel and Staff were both stunning, everyone from reception to Pool Bar did everything possible to make our short stay extremely enjoyable. Room was spotless, bed very comfortable and a TV with Worldwide coverage (if you cared enough to think of home ), Tea and Coffee making facilities had no milk, this was immediately resolved by staff. Location is excellent, short walk in all directions brings you out at bars and cafes of Olhao."

"Check in was super easy. I arrived 'out of hours' and got very detailed descriptions on how to get in. Room and separate bathroom were clean and bed was comfy. There is no breakfast but a honesty box and some stuff like packaged mini croissants etc for purchase. I didn't bother with those and walked 2mins to Ponto Expresso for Pastel de nata and coffee. Overall, safe and very convenient area. Close to bus terminal, old town, good for a no frills weekend trip"

"I was in need of a place to stay for one night in Faro. This hotel is in the centre and you can easily walk to trin station or bus station. Room has all you need for a good stay"

"The busy part and old town of Faro were only a ten minute walk. Avenue 41 was also close to good grocery shops and reataurants. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful, even printing our boarding passes. The rooftop terrace was a lovely apot to unwind! Hoghly recommend."

Everyone of them couldn’t do enough and it wasn’t “ forced” as they all were so naturally lovely. From the lovely lady who checked us in on arrival then the cleaners who were excellent. Then Ivanilda in the breakfast room who went out of her way to help us choose the beach / island we visited. Then she checked on us the next day...
