"The hotel a little old. Need some new renovation especially the carpet and plug point. But i love this hotel because the gym, sauna and jacuzi facilities. Breakfast also quite good. Im impressed that their served jamu and green juice at breakfast. Keep it up and i will come back."

The friendly receptionist was trying his best to help but to no avail. Hope the hotel management will look into the problem and strive to provide a better WiFi service for all potential guests."
