"When we arrived at this hotel it took 45 min before someone assisted us. When they did they took us on a golf cart to our villa. We could smell the bill from the front door outside. It smelled horrible not sure what someone did in this villa before we did but it was horrible. What made it worse was the heat the ac was not working and they had stand fans going is all the rooms. I immediately notified the staff that this was unacceptable and we did not want to stay here. When we got back to the...
