"This was a terrible reservation. If I would have known all the details about this place I never would have booked. No front desk. Several long term residents with barking dogs. Small parking lot with several damaged cars on it. Personal grills sitting in the parking lot. Sketchy people standing around. I was thankful our door was broken and we were unable to use our room. Never even saw inside it. Ended up staying at the Park Inn right next to it. Apparently they are affiliated. It was night and day. The Park inn was very nice clean really nice employees. Room was superb. Stay there not at extended stay. "

"No one was at the front desk to greet us. We stood and waited for someone to come. Our room was unlocked and door propped open. The bed was NOT comfortable at all. Black mold in shower and overall room was not clean. In the morning, there was NO breakfast as stated there would be. THIS PLACE WAS UNDER RENOVATION and we were NOT told that. No one at front desk to check us out so we put key at front desk and walked out. There was also personal mail and paperwork layed on front table for anyone to see or take! NOT a great idea. We really wished we would have chosen the only other Hotel in town.. QUALITY INN. Would not recommend this place."

"This hotel has been run down considerably in the past 4 yrs I’ve been traveling to the area. I’ve stayed here multiple times and it keep getting worse. This time the office chair was literally broken and threw me into the floor. When I went to call the front desk, the phone wasn’t working so I had to go down there. Their solution was to simply take a chair from the room next door. Lots of sketchy ppl staying there as well. "
