Took it up in a zip lock bag to the front office and the attendant didn't want anything to do but get us checked out ASAP. "The hotel was overall a nice well kept facility and the staff were friendly. In fact they were very helpful in mailing back a book that had got misplaced in the room. The only issue we had was that despite reserving a king bed ten months earlier when we arrived they told us we had to have two queens. No other offer of upgrade, refund or explanation was given. Arriving on the day and expecting your choice of room is foolish, but ten months in advance should be enough to reserve a room for a night...
