"I think this has been the nicest hotel we have stayed at in a long time. Also fairly new since it was built in 2021. Staff was wonderful and just a nice place to stay. We ever go to Bardstown,Ky again this is the place to stay!!"

"This is a great property! Close (walking distance) to shopping and restaurants, and an easy on/off the highway. It is bright and clean. I also love that there's a bar and restaurant in the restaurant! I would like to highlight the night front desk gentleman, Mike. The air was not properly working in our room. When I called down to ask about it, he was extremely kind and courteous, came immediately up to our room to check to see if he could get it working. When he could not get it to work...

"Check in was great and the night clerk was awesome. Later after midnight, the new ckerk lacked any customer service skills and was annoyed we were up purchasing snacks. The worst clerk was during breakfast. As I sat and people watched, I overheard 2 different phone calls come there where it was mentioned that yes they could have a late check out, until noon.
