"Great place to explore the nearby areas (Pitlochry, Dunkeld). We needed a space for 4 and a Bernese Mountain dog and it was a good size. Place was clean and had everything we needed. Once we figured out the heating system, it was all good. Would happily come back in warmer weather to take advantage of the BBQ."

"We had a lovely stay in Larch Cottage for 3 nights in April 2025. The cottage is comfortable with a great bed and wet room shower. There are lots of super walks in the area including rivers, waterfalls and mountains. I'd highly recommend."

"This was our first time staying in this area and I’m so glad we did! The lodge is beautiful, situated overlooking a wee loch and hills. It was bright, spacious, clean and well equipped. Each bedroom has it’s own en-suite, handy when there are a few of you. The lovely part is the patio doors that lead out to the veranda from both the main bedroom (beautiful view to wake up to!) and the large kitchen/diner, so you have this amazing landscape right in front of you. "Delightfully quiet and peaceful traditional stone cottage. We had five nights here and were lucky to enjoy great, warm weather, The cottage has electric heating (we didn't need it) and logs for the fireplace (again, not needed during our stay). There's a supermarket a few miles away in Blairgowrie and a nice hotel/restaurant 2 miles away in Meikloeur. This was a great base for exploring forests, waterfalls, lochs and towns & villages around Perth."

"Could not recommend this accommodation enough - a real hidden gem! Massive, secure 2 bedroom apartment in a wider bunkhouse complex which was, when we stayed, not occupied. Only 5 mins drive from Kirriemuir and so quiet and peaceful - in the heart of the countryside. Comms were great and all mod cons throughout including WiFi, TVs in all rooms and even a starter hamper! Will definitely book again. The dog loved the outdoor space which is literally ‘on your doorstep’! A+"
