Great experience and good value for money

Great experience overall. Good location, excellent value for the money and new rooms. Service was very good and we really liked the breakfast. Only small negative was that you could hear noise from the street couple times. Even then the noises didn't disturb us at all. 5/5 stay, will come again to this hotel if we come back to Tbilisi.

Real "Inn" in Tbilisi

The surrounding area doesn't look great, yet it is quiet and safe, and it is just 3-4 minutes of walk to the local centre and metro station. The hotel neither big nor modern but room was very clean and the staff was very polite. There are some minor inconveniences, like lack of lift (so if your luggage is very heavy try to book the room on the lower floor) but in general it is very good place for staying in Tbilisi.

The hotel is in a great location, clean, and has a pleasant atmosphere. Check-in was smooth, but we had an issue with the room we had booked—not available on the first night. Thankfully, Vano at the reception was very helpful and made sure we got our proper room the next day. Despite the initial inconvenience, the staff were generally friendly and accommodating. Thanks to Vano’s support, our stay ended on a positive note. Would recommend.

Amazing hotel. Excellent value for money.

Amazing hotel a bit away from the center just 250 meters from aveniue Rustaveli (Rustaveli metro station). The hotel looks like it has just been renovated. Clean carpets, beautiful colors of walls and wooden elements (stairs and doors). It really looks very nice and clean. The bathroom is also very nice and clean. Breakfast quite good. Scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs and sausages daily. Plus tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, yoghurts and cereal. A different salad every day.

Enjoyed staying at City Inn.

(+)points Staff were very cooperative. Very clean & hygenic Breakfast included in the tariff & was ok Very close to main road & Liberty square with shops & restaurants around. (- )points Room allotted to us was in 3rd floor. No elevators. We had to use the stairs every time we go out & come back We booked a room with balcony hoping the room would big. But it was a small room without balcony.

Türkiye'den gelecek turistler için hiç tereddütsüz burada konaklama yapabilirsiniz. Otel çok temiz. Yatakları konforlu, sıcak suyu hemen geliyor kliması aktif çalışıyor. Her gün oda temizlenip havlular yenileniyor. Rustaveli metro istasyonu ve otobüs duraklarına birkaç dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde. Tekrar Tiflis'e gelirsek hiç düşünmeden burada kalırız.

La camera in mansarda è molto carina, ben tenuta e con tutti gli accessori necessari (accappatoi, cassaforte, ciabatte, sapone, the/caffe), tuttavia dalla finestra si sente continuo disturbo dalle persone nelle altre camere e al mattino dal personale di servizio. La posizione è ottima per il centro a piedi e per prendere la metropolitana. La colazione potrebbe essere migliorata. Alla reception (il Signor Vano) è sempre gentile e disponibile. Manca l’ascensore, quindi se avete molti bagagli e la camera al 3^ piano potrebbe essere faticoso.

Price too high compared to the standard.

We were embarassed, when the receptionist smiling asked us about, how we liked the hotel. Compared to the price it was disappointing how worn and dingy it was. The wooden floor in our room was grey, looked dirty and had a lot of black mark, probably from cigarette stubs. There was a little balcony, quite nice, but with a filled ashtray. Barking dogs woke us up during the night. And sometimes we got bad smell from people smoking in the street below. The safetybox did not work. Breakfast rather simple, we expected it to be more delicious, proportional to the price. And we were asked to put toiletpaper, not in the toilet but in a bucket, not very hygienic. Next time we will find another hotel.

Extra beds were provided as per request. Clean room spacious bathroom. Walking distance from Rustaveli Metro and Rustaveli Street. Quiet place in a decent locality. 24 hours Money changer and McDonalds at the Rustaveli Metro. Breakfast was just about ok.
