Fiordland Hotel
We booked the hotel room (not the motel). And it turned out that the it's pretty old hotel, and it seemed only 4 of us (2 rooms) were staying there, probably because it was low season? The cleanliness was ok, however we chose not to stay there and moved to other motel that are closer to town ...

Milford Road Apartments
the property manager did not send lockbox/checkin information prior to our check-in time. In fact, they didn't send the information until that evening - we had already left Te Anua considering that there were no other accommodations available.
