"Beautiful property! Great location 5 minute walk to town centre, restaurants and shopping. Laura & Derek were very welcoming and serve an EXCELLENT cooked breakfast! There recommendations were perfect for us. Clean well appointed room. Hot tub was a nice touch and the Garden very nice. Highly recommended."

"Our room had unobstructed views over lake Te Anau, lovely new 2 bedroom unit, clean and spacious and comfortable. Good kitchen with hob, stove, microwave and most cooking utensils. Use of the holiday parks laundry was coin operated machines, some with detergent. Short walk to the bird park. About a 20 minute walk to the Main Street of town Quiet spot, comfy beds and pillows "

"Don’t be put off by the backpacker property, the Lakeview rooms are terrific, very big with a great view and come with a mini fridge and kettle. The amenities are limited, just hand and body wash, and towels are limited, and no servicing, but for the price, the location is excellent, and the Lakeview rooms are totally separate from the backpacker dorms. "

"The king suite was spacious, comfortable, and dark/quiet at night. Super clean. Fridge and water kettle with extra counter and sink made basic food prep easy. Good Wifi and smart TV. Easy to walk to town and Milford Sound day cruise departures. Great tourist advice. Parking fine. Do understand that our spacious room is not the same for all. "Room was big and clean. Plenty of parking spaces and location is directly opposite the lake, the realnz office and also amazingly delicious pies."

"The shower leaked a bit when the showerhead was pushed to the side and there was no ventilation inside the shower. Other than that it was perfectly fine"

"Very nice stay at Te Anau Top 10 holiday park. We booked ensuite cabins and they were clean, comfortable and spacious. Excellent bathroom with great showers! The common kitchen/ dining area is excellent and the ability to purchase a utensil pack ( including all cooking utensils) @ $5 for your stay is excellent. The grounds/ facilities were all very clean and well maintained. Staff were all very friendly and helpful"
