"We had an excellent stay. Breakfast was light and good. The couple who owns the property were simply amazing and very friendly. The room was clean with good amenities.Ambience was amazing. The hotel is located in middle of nowhere and we were amazed with the amenities that was provided. After a long long drive, an excellent place to stay to relax A reasonable price as well. Overall , a beautiful place to stay. Highly recomend."

"This property is a gem!!! If I could give them more then 5 stars, I would. They had everything we needed and more. I loved the quality of all of the furniture and decor as well as the personal attention and care they put into our room. The staff was so helpful and treated us like family. It's a must stay if you are in the area. We were headed to Capitol Reef National Park and it was a close enough drive. ! This is one of my most favorite places I have ever stayed."

"The property’s location was convenient because it was close to the national park entrance. The owner was friendly and helpful, and the staff cooked a daily breakfast menu, which was great and of high-quality. It would have been helpful if a larger ice machine would have been on the premises, but that was minor. The view at sunrise and sunset was pretty. Overall, we enjoyed our quick stay!"

"This hotel has a long history and was renovated just three years ago. It appears to be run by a couple who are very eager to be helpful (a photo of them hangs on the wall); the kitchenette is fully equipped—even including a kettle for hot water—and the refrigerator is spacious. The location is superb: right next to Arches National Park and surrounded by beautiful red rock formations. The rooms are spacious, too. The only downside is the poor soundproofing; I could hear the person in the next...

"Unique property with secluded location and amazing views. Perfect stopping point for Utah National Park trip. Close to Capital Reef, Moonscape Overlook, and Bentonite Hills. Very modern and new furnishings. Highly recommend this property and would stay again."

"This is very basic accommodation. No staff is available on property. Lighting in the cabin was minimal."
