Clean, comfortable room. Didn't get the text with the "code" to get into the building and room. Was able to find it through Expedia messages, though. It was odd not having any staff in the building but, overall, once we figured out the code to our room, the stay was nice. Across the street was a great little restaurant, part of a hotel, which had good pizza and a very nice breakfast.

We had a wonderful stay at The Road Creek Inn. Clean room and bathroom, and a comfortable bed. We will definitely be staying here again.

Large, quiet, clean room. There is a large communal kitchen available for use. We used it to fix breakfast both mornings we were there. No staff on site but available via phone. There should be instructions on using the television. Figured out the channels, but we never were able to figure out how to adjust the volume. Very good pizza across the street. Convenient, well stocked grocery store across the street and down a block. Great spot to stay when visiting Capitol Reef National Park.

Their phones were down (wifi) when we got there so checking into our room was difficult. Because of a strange buzzing noise we had to move to another room. Once settled, the room was great. Large and comfy. There wasn't a place to eat in Loa, so we drove to Torey for dinner.

Room was nice and clean. Communications about the access code was great. Unfortunately, we were in the 1st floor right next to the shared kitchen/dining area and we could hear people using the kitchen and talking. Similarly, every time the people above us walked around, we hear creaking noise in our room. The people were being respectful and keeping things down but the walls/floors are just not “sound proof” enough. Maybe being in the 2nd floor would be different. Lastly, our door needed quite a bit of force to close due to the latch not seated properly on the door and hitting the strike plate tightly. So it cause a loud “bang” every time we closed the door.

There was no check in. No hospitality whatsoever. Room was clean and bed was comfy but coffee machine was useless (no filter basket) and no microwave although it was listed. There is a "community kitchen" where you bring your own food. I guess this is supposed to be "virtually managed" which means no management no hospitality. You just have to figure things out on your own. Good luck.

It was lovely, clean and a great welcome respite after having camped in a tent all week. Would definitely recommend. I’m a single woman who travels alone and I got safe and sound. Would stay here again 10/10.

Amazing self-check in hotel. A huge kitchen that you can prepare dinner and breakfast, ping pong table, spacious clean and comfortable room and bed and it also has a theater kind of place to watch movies!

It was a wonderful historic building. Huge common areas. A wonderful common plus-size kitchen. You are texted access codes for remote check-in with a phone number for friendly assistance if needed. Cook your own breakfast or go across the street for a great breakfast cooked for you at the Suggle Inn. The beds were very comfortable.
