"The first night, the hotel lost water, so we had to go to bed hot and sticky. Water was back on in morning. Second night we lost cable TV, that was down for two days. Called late for gate trouble, I recommend arriving first time in daylight to see how gates open for parking. But they answered right away and assisted us! "The only good thing about this property is the location. I had a private room. The room looked good when you first enter and it has AC. However, the wifi did not work in my room, only the common area. When I was about to go to bed, I noticed there were ants crawling all over the two beds! There were ants also in the bathroom. I tired to contact the concierge (which are just people in their 20’s working there) but they clock out at 11pm. "
