"I am not one to leave negative reviews leaving this here until I get a refund I was denied.
Staff was nice and friendly.
Called and was told Pool and HOT TUB were working
Came in late went to pool Hot tub was not operational asked a staff member they said had been out of commission for quite awhile We picked this hotel for distance from the air port and specifically because it had a hot tub.
Exposed ripped out sheetrock over the hot tub with exposed beam with what appears to be BLACK MOLD....

"We had a short stay at the hotel. But the staff was very helpful and kind. We needed 2 rides to the airport and they were ready to help. The freezer wasn't working in our room and they found a work around that didn't make us switch our room. The areas we used were clean and would be usable."

"I liked that it was convenient to the airport and the train depot. The shuttle service was great and on time.

"Great value for the money. Staff - shuttle, front desk, house keeping - could not have done enough for us. So polite and friendly. Hotel maybe a little dated but was clean, comfortable guest rooms, convenience shop located in lobby and had a nice breakfast selection. Close to pizza, pharmacy and gas stations for other necessities. Short 10 minute uber to the downtown. Great for a two day pre-cruise stay!"

"We loved everything! Pleasant helpful staff, beautiful full breakfast every morning until
9:30 M-F and breakfast until 10:30am Sat and Sun. Nice large laundry FREE for guests FYI Walmart is literally across the small road to buy trail size laundry soap.
The front desk does offer laundry soap to buy but Walmart has it for only $1.17 a load when you go to the travel size section in Walmart.
The only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast for few days in a row had the same egg with cheese...

"We only used the shuttle to get us to the civic center for our next destination and reserved it when we checked in. The first room we had was not good at all and requested to be moved which was honored. The hotel had a slight refurb but could definitely use an overhaul of the rooms. We only stayed one night and it was suitable for the price."
