This hotel was incredible!! We had our private pool terrace in our suite. Staff was so helpful and friendly. The out door infinity is gorgeous and it’s about 20 min from Ubud town. Comfortable bed, great WiFi, hot water and AC. Loved it!

The room was spotless. The staff was courteous. The location is like a castle on the hill. Good for quiet time and relaxation without being completely isolated. I enjoyed my stay at Hoshi Jungle Resort. The staff was polite and felt safe staying there as a solo traveler. I originally was supposed to travel with a group of individuals but flights got canceled or changed. So I ended uo spending my birthday alone and the staff were sweet enough to sing happy birthday to me and give me a free dessert. My private pool over looked a beautiful view and the main pool was gorgeous as well. My room was also maintained nicely. The app I downloaded for transportation was not working, however staff was able to assist me with rides to places I wanted to visit. If I were to return to Bali I would stay at this resort again.
