The hotel is old and dirty. the hard beds, the old and ugly pillows, the very very dirty bathroom, the old towels. I don't recommend it for anything. sleeping there was terrible

The location of the hotel is excellent and very convenient, you can walk anywhere you want to visit and there are several dining options available within three blocks of the hotel and their restaurant is also excellent.

Is not worthed for the price, no value for my money. need lots of maintenance. Doesn't smell clean. The bed sheets, please. The sighn in the bath room is not a good idea.

Great Hotel near everything.

Very nice, elegant hotel near the main square and the ADO bus station. Beds are firm, but comfortable and the room amenities were adequate.

The hotel is clean and its best feature is the location, there are many restaurant nearby and is only a block away from central park

Great location, comfortable, good choice

A block from the main square and a short walk to ADO, clean, comfortable, quiet and good wifi. Friendly staff. Water refill to save plastic bottles would have been good. Definitely stay again.

For a small town the hotel is very good.

It was really good, the only problem was the parking lot which is terribly small for even medium-sized cars most of the guests knew how to park but sometimes there are abusive ones that park their vans in a way they take-up to 4 spaces! How? well since the parking lot is small there's a row for compact cars that's back to back to a row of medium-sized cars, the intersection of parking lines (cross) doesn't mean put the center of your car's chassis here. Anyways, that's not the hotel's fault. For a hotel that I taught was in a small town in Puebla I was quite impressed and happy that the infrastructure is getting better in the Country. We ordered room service the first day and the food was meh but the next day we went down to eat at the restaurant and ordered different dishes for lunch and I don't know if it was the cook but the food was really good, no complaints. Overall I was happy and comfortable there, At night they close the gates at some point, they just omitted to tell us that when checking-in but there's a person that's on the look out if any guest are arriving late at night. Overall very good Hotel Tehuacan Casa Real! You have 2 thumbs up from me.

Nice family weekend!

My family and I went there for the weekend with my 8 months labrador puppy! The people from hotel was really kind and room very clean. Even though I got my trained puppy, we were allowed to take him everywhere in the hotel.

Me gustó mucho la estancia en el hotel, el personal fue de lo más amable y atento. El hotel queda a 5 minutos de la terminal de autobuses que era lo que buscabamos, y también del centro. Mi única sugerencia sería respecto a las almohadas que eran un poco duras pero todo lo demás muy bien. Las instalaciones son bonitas y el transporte pasa justo enfrente

Es hotel es antiguo pero lo tienen muy cuidado. Está limpio y la comida rica. Lo malo es qué hay mucho tráfico para llegar, pues está en el mero centro de Tehuacan

Esta a 2 cuadras del centro sobre Reforma, la entrada es angosta. Es amplia la habitación, la cama cómoda, los blancos regulares, no hay ruidos, todo bien.

Muy bien ubicado para caminar en la zona centro; ya es antiguo por lo que las instalaciones lo manifiestan, Podrían mejorar la limpieza de algunos lugares como el elevador y áreas comunes, La atención del personal es de 10... muy amables y gentiles. Muy recomendable.
