"The room was basic although staff tried to be helpful. I didnt realize it'll be fronting a creek with stagnant water that looked like it's connected to sewerage or something. A fire hazard - no wonder there wete loads of fire extinguishers around. Would not come back."

"The room was clean, staff helpful and courteous, ample parking.
Friday through Sunday loud music from the bar above until 2am. Other nights parties can be heard up to 8pm. A convenience store on the property was a plus. TV was is a foreign language that couldn’t be changed in the menu. Location was in a remote area. Taxis and trikes had a hard time finding the place."

"Checkin is at 3pm, got there 4pm, but was checked in only after 5pm. Then the room they gave was very hot. The engineer said give it an hour as it was very hot earlier and that we close doors and minimize use of light. Still ot was very hot. "This is a very nice hotel. We had a room with a great view! Overall, we enjoyed this hotel and our room.
There were some issues, but relatively minor. Water flushing at toilet was not strong enough. It took a long time to get the room cool the first day. There was a Pan Asia festival going on at time, so number of people in hotel was crazy at times. Also, traffic in and out of area was crazy busy!"

"The main thing is, I don’t like the smell when you’re coming to the room it’s not clean smell musky but the big deal was going into the shower finally waiting for the water to get hot.
