This was an amazing little oasis right in the center of it all! After a long flight I was so pleased with the quick response time and welcome by the host. This apartment is beautifully furnished and has the perfect balcony to enjoy an evening dinner or a morning coffee on. With Such a perfect location I was able to go for a run on the beach in the morning and then grab a nice breakfast and coffee at one of the many street side cafes all within walking distance. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Will definitely stay here next time I am in tel-Aviv.

Fabulous apartment close to everything!

This great apartment is an AMAZING place to stay when you are in Tel Aviv. The apartment was a lot bigger than we anticipated, plus there is a balcony that looks onto a really popular street. There are two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, and even a washer and dryer. The unit is squeaky clean and feels very safe. You can walk to a number of cool little eateries and grocery stores, or you can walk to the beach. This place has absolutely everything you are looking for in a Tel Aviv home away from home. I will definitely stay here again.

Clean apartment In great location

The apartment is in a fantastic location on Dizengoff; close to the beach and cafes. The apartment has a large balcony which was a fantastic place to sit and relax. The check in/out was simple. Apartment was very clean and stocked with basic consumable necessities ( e.g. soap, shampoo, pods for coffee, pods for washing machine ) . I also appreciated that a good quality hairdryer was provided. Shmulik was a fantastic host and was accessible and helpful. We were traveling with a lot of luggage and Shmulik made arrangements for us with a well priced transportation company to take us to the airport.

Great location, perfecr for families

We stayed at this place for a period of 2.5 months. The apartment is perfectly located right in the center of the city, next to bars, restaurant, kids playground, beach (7 minutes walk). The apartment was clean and well equipped, very comfortable for families. The host was nice and communicative and address everything we needed on our stay. Highly recommended!

Luxury Sunny Apartments, September 2019

Great stay at Luxury Sunny Apartments in Tel Aviv. Very clean and tidy apartment with a fantastic terrace with outdoor seating. The location is very central and only a short walk to the beach, as well as many bars and restaurants. I would highly recommend to stay here.

A find in Tel Aviv

It was a wonderful experience staying at Sunny Luxury Apartments. The apt was very clean, comfortable space, nicely appointed and a beautiful balcony. It was newly done and very comfortable. Shmulick, the owner/property manager could not have been nicer. Most helpful and pleasant. I would rate this apt at a 10 and recommend it highly.

Amazing apartment in a new building in the best location in Tel Aviv. There are restaurants, bars and a supermarket open all night. The apartment owners are very kind and ready to help with anything. Sure we will come back and recommend to all our friends.

This property is in the best street in tel aviv, dizengof st. Very close to hundreds of restaurants and coffees, 3 minutes to the beach, and yet quite. I just think you will find it hard to get a better flat than this one. And, Shmulik, the host, is really a carring type that is always acaible and ready to help with tips and info. A real treasure. I will defenetly be back in his flat again, and recommend it to all my friends.

i travel a lot, and i must say, this is one of the few flats that made me so happy. everything that was shown or promised was there. beautiful flat, spotless, best location in tel aviv, not mentioning Shmulik, the host, that was happy to see us, show us everything in the flat and on top of all, gave us some tips where to go and eat, drink, and see interesting things in the city. i can carry on forever but to make it short. don't hesitate. if his flats are avaiable, just go for it.

Great apartment for 2 business travellers

Clean, large, well equipped kitchen, 2 nice size bedrooms, washing machine, everything you need for a multiple-day stay on business in the Tel Aviv area had a very price. Lots of action the area. Supermarket coffee shops restaurants all within a few blocks. Parking is challenging. But if you have no car it is a perfect option. I would definitely return next time in Tel Aviv
