"Service during arrival was terrible, no one helped us with the luggage even though there are 8 of us including a child. We asked the lobby personnel twice but they simply said its not their job. In the end we have to carry all luggages to our room by ourselves. We booked 4 rooms at the hotel and all of the AC does not work, the technician came to try to fix it but he was not able to. "Das Hotel ist ok. Sehr schöner Ausblick auf den See. Gute Parkplatz Möglichkeiten. Nahe Zentrum. Für 4 Sterne ist es aus meiner Sicht an der unteren Grenze. Frühstück -> Qualität vom Lachs hat mich nicht überzeugt. Unterhalt generell müsste besser sein. Es hat uns nicht aus den „Socken“ gehauen. Wir haben aber auch kein Trauma. Eben es ist einfach OK."
