Pleasant stay

Travelling for a wedding that took place at this hotel. Booked for 5 nights, beautiful hotel, comfortable room and outstanding service. Rooms are basic which is expected in this part of Italy, no kettle or tea and coffee available in room however comfortable bed, clean and ideal for what we needed. Fantastic spa and pool facilities. Would book again when visiting family. Supermarket and town a short drive away but too far to walk so would recommend car rental.

We are loyal clients of this hotel. Every year we like to come here and stay for at least a weekend. We love the location, the facilities such as the swimming pool and the spa. This year we found a big improvement and we loved more especially to have breakfast in the lovely garden.

We stayed over two weeks. Daily breakfast excellent Very clean, helpful staff. However pool amenities and spa are additional and not open daily. Shower stall floor is very slippery with no handrails.

Where to begin? The hotel is beautiful, which retains many of the original features. Furniture is sympathetic to the era - so don't expect perfection. Vincenzo is the best hotelier we've ever come across, he is knowledgable, empathetic and a credit to the hotel. On his recommendations we did a number of activities locally, and it absolutely made our holiday. Breakfast is good, the room is fine especially given the price per night and the pool/wellness is delightful - with extremely attentive staff. There is a smell, which people have pointed out, but this is Telese terme water which is meant to be good for your skin - regardless, it is a cold plunge pool which is nice in the heat. The only thing that irked me was the swim hats, but here's your notice. Otherwise it is a short drive away from a number of lovely villages, eateries and attractions.

Area around the hotel is a bit run down and industrial. The whole town is attempting a rebound from 19th century glory days and it hasn’t quite succeeded yet.

Our stay was pleasant. Unfortunately air conditioning Was not working and made eung in the rooms and sleeping near impossible due to overheating. I alerted the staff 3 times to cool the room temperature finally someone came to control the problem but unfortunately the problem was not rectified

Rooms Ok, staff bored, breakfast not enough

Generally staff looks like bored if not unhappy. They definitely don't really care of clients. Breakfast is install once, if you come later, you take what ever remains, the buffets are not reloaded Restaurant is not good, we had the 25 euros pizza menu, Wednesday is pizza day. Pizza was 'ot cooked enough, the beer was 25cl and not good, dessert was industrial. Too expensive menu should' ot be more that 18 euros for such basic food. We requested mosquito candle, they had no. More while one table had 2?. Room. Is ok. swimming pool and club is nice but why people are smoking around the pool when I am swimming? Sports club where it is allowed to smoked is crazy.

L hotel è molto grande, da la possibilità agli ospiti di utilizzare l area piscina, ristrutturata da poco, tenuta molto bene, le camere sono spaziose, la colazione è varia e servita in giardino.noi trascorriamo volentieri qualche weekend di relax.

Struttura molto bella e personale molto gentile. La camera molto bella con terrazzino sul giardino di ingresso, le uniche due pecche sono sul bagno (evidentemente datato e che non rispecchia la modernità della camera) e sulla piscina termale che a mio parere è risultata troppo affollata per l'esigua grandezza della stessa.

Bellissima struttura dal sapore antico. Molto presente l'odore di zolfo dovuto alle acque solfuree termali. Belli gli spazi aperti con possibilità di consumare i pasti sia all'interno che all'esterno. Belli anche gli spazi comuni all'interno della struttura. Camere abbastanza pulite ma con necessario bisogno di essere ristrutturate .
