"Great location, friendly host who provided the extra bonus of cake! Very clean, although the bed and pillows were a little hard for our taste and we booked the downstairs room - so please be aware that you are able to hear street noise and people walking around the house, not very soundproof. Large modern bathroom and great amenities in the room, the host couldn’t do enough for you"

"I class this hotel as a work in progress, however having since read other reviews it seems to have been for a long time. Positives - The hotel is close to Telford & the guy on reception was 10/10,helpful & friendly. We lacked toiletries and requested 2 extra pillows. Both provided instantly. Nice quiet location. Negatives (and i hate doing this as the staff were great) - floor full of dog hair (room didnt smell), 2 small beds put together on a very uncomfortable matress. The shower head would...

"The room was a bit small making it feel claustrophobic. But it was clean and the bed comfy. The staff were very friendly"

"Everything was fine, clean, good parking. Short of a plug for the kitchenette sink and very noisy fall pipe in the shower room when our upstairs neighbours showered at 5.30 AM each morning (woke us thinking we had a leak). Apart from that, all good. Would certainly stay again"

"The guest house was impeccable, with excellent communication and information regarding its location and local attractions provided even before our arrival. Truly exceptional service. We enjoyed a lovely country walk into Ironbridge, and convenient parking was available at the property. Our room was immaculate, offering tea and coffee, toiletries, fluffy towels and a selection of pillows...

"The AC was broken down in the entire wing in the heat of summer. Staff brought fans but that did not help as the windows couldn’t open either. My family and I had no sleep or rest during our entire stay."

"Perfect place to stay will definitely book again when visiting family"

"Clean room and great breakfast."
